My first book – Launch Event October 16, 2014
It is with great joy that I brought my Lotus child “In The Lotus of The Heart’ into the world!! Barbara and Linda co-Directors of Woodstock Yoga in Woodstock NY hosted the event and gave a beautiful introduction. The room was filled with people- people most of whom I knew – and there were also many new faces. People from the yoga community and even some out of towners and my neighbors were there!

"Mananaat traayate iti mantra". That which protects (traayate) by constant repetition is a Mantra.
Mantras are revelations in the most ancient language - sanskrit. They were heard by the Masters or Rishis meditating in the Himalayan peaks.
