THE THREE PATHS OF YOGA

1. Path of Action (Karma Yoga)
How does altruistic action relate to our inner personality and everyday life? Can one work without creating mental fatigue? What is true service?
2. Path of Devotion (Bhakti Yoga)
How does one open oneself to heart consciousness? Can there be an unbroken energy of Love between us and the Divine? How does one live in the spirit of love with the divine and translate it into relationships in the world.
3. Path of Knowledge (Gyana Yoga)
The non-dualistic (Advaita) philosophy of Vedanta gives us intellectual and true intuitive knowledge about the Self and releases us from limitations. This path helps us to discover our own dormant potential and come to live with a new resourcefulness in life.

“A deep, wise, and wonderful exploration of the Vedanta path for relationships both with yourself and with others. Shubhraji provides everything you need to create healthy, fulfilling relationships…”
